Recently purchase our fence through arnel fencing. They supplied the wrong thickness posts for our gate and the pole is bending with the gate, called up and they told us we have no idea what we are talking about. 1st and last time ever using arnel fencing. They have zero customer service skills and wont rectify something they are at fault at. Had a professional fencer come out and say they supplied the wrong posts for the weight of our gate.

Been trying to organise a fence since late February on my house, Arnell fencing recommended Rodney to come out and quote us. this is been ongoing. and we still don’t have a gate. . Allegedly it is being built and waiting on powder coating. What an absolute joke, this person is bringing your business name down. I have arranged another person who can do it immediately. What an absolute joke.
