They are completely unresponsive, disorganized, and have zero regard for tenants or property owners. The way Jim Jones, Eboney Bryant & Amanda Bourret do business and handle business matters should be extremely concerning for anyone thinking about renting from an Arnel property. Pheasant ridge apartments turnover rate for office staff speaks for itself. They have not been able to keep employees in their office for more than 6 months, which causes huge differences because nobody knows what they’re doing.
