I have been calling the office since yesterday and still no call back!? I withdrew my application and was waiting for refund for holding deposit. Mind you I paid with debit card and been waiting about a month and nothing. Find out they sent me a check to an address I don’t even live at!!???? I want my money

If your looking for an apartment really look elsewhere. I really don’t recommend homestead apartments. We have been living here for 7 years . It’s crazy staying in one place for a while but we actually liked it at one point. Till recently, first it started with cockroaches, we have had two fumigations with the apartment and two on our own . And nothing worked or has worked since they keep coming. Provide all required information and made the income that was required and had required credit and was still denied. They requested multiple documents for resubmitting and more. They are in no rush to fill the apartments they have available

Avoid at All Costs – Worst Property Management Experience If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. They are completely unresponsive, disorganized, and have zero regard for tenants or property owners. Communication is Nonexistent – Calls, emails, and maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks, if not months. When they do respond, it's with excuses or empty promises.
