Hi, My Mother asked me to post this on her behalf because she is 91 years old and doesn't really have the internet understanding to do this on her own. In her words: "I so miss seeing Casey Phu on my daily walks around here at our Wimbledon Glen complex. I co-signed on an apartment lease here, and my experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The management’s handling of issues was unprofessional and dismissive. Throughout my time dealing with the office, any time I asked for assistance, the managers repeatedly said, “my hands are tied” or directed me to contact the corporate office. Please be advised: This is the worst property management company I have ever seen. Our experience: We doubted the severity of the bad reviews. We thought the price was too good to pass up for the location. The tour went well and the amenities seemed great.. THEN, within days of moving in the ROACHES came out. They offer a free service for exterminator named “that guy” that didn’t even make a dent in the problem and he will not spray your apartment unless you uproot your entire life and clear everything out of there. I have been calling the office since yesterday and still no call back!? I withdrew my application and was waiting for refund for holding deposit. Mind you I paid with debit card and been waiting about a month and nothing. Find out they sent me a check to an address I don’t even live at!!???? I want my money
If your looking for an apartment really look elsewhere. I really don’t recommend homestead apartments. We have been living here for 7 years . It’s crazy staying in one place for a while but we actually liked it at one point. Till recently, first it started with cockroaches, we have had two fumigations with the apartment and two on our own . And nothing worked or has worked since they keep coming.
