I like this place as clear vision and not myeyedr. The optometrist is not really personable. I never had to pay after and eye exam so I was confused why I owed almost $150. I’m going to try and find a different place to go because it’s giving me weird vibes now. It seems like they just all about money now.
This place is terrible! I had and paid for a contact exam to get a prescription for contacts and they refuse to give me a prescription unless I pay for another exam for a follow up to make sure the contacts are comfortable. These people are completely unwilling to help and are very rude. They are only interested in a one time customer to take as much money as possible instead of creating a lasting client base by taking care of their people. Such a shame. Go somewhere else, these guys do not have your interest in mind!
