Very unreliable didn't return phone calls. When he finally came out and looked at our carpet he said he couldn't get the stain out. We set up an appt. time for him to come out and clean another area for us, he never showed up or called, saying he was held up. Did not return our phone call inquiring about the appt. and not showing up. It's been over a week and we still have not heard from him. If the job was too small for him to be bothered with why couldn't he say so.
