Really great quality gear! Everyone who works here is knowledgeable and helpful. I have been shopping here for years. Most recently I got a sun shade for car camping, found it here at a great price. Can’t wait for summer to give it a shot!
Terrible. They admitted to doing an unauthorized charge on my debit card. I purchased products last week and they ran my card. Found an unauthorized charge for Monday. When I called they stated that they discovered that they had made an error, called their processing company and ran my card for more money. So, what would keep them from running other cards? I will never shop there again.
Great place to find wacky peices of gear, I have been coming here for years and I recommend this place to anyone with camping/airsoft/outdoor/shooting needs. Last week I picked up a British Riot helmet for like 40 bucks, 10/10.
They have top-flight excellent merchandise but they're a little pricey!
Needed one of those Smoky Bear Ranger hats for scouting class A uniform. These are tricky to buy online because if they're even a little too small the brim won't stay flat. Had a few minutes on way home from business trip to Salt Lake. General had the right size. I didn't want to carry it on the plane, so asked them to ship. They've already shipped it not two hours later. Everyone was real nice, too. Very good experience. Wish they were closer to Austin!
I've never gone in there and not found what I need. Helpful staff and great selection of a wide variety of goods. Not where I would go for technical gear. For that I go to REI. But for 90% of what you need for the outdoors? General Army Navy Outdoor is the place.
