This clinic does not care about its patients, especially if you are a spouse or dependant. Go anywhere else if you can.

I will focus on the "highlights". It is also worth noting, I have begun to believe it is the staff whom have blatant disregard and not the PCMs. -Wife calls to set up first appointment. They were rude and said Tricare needed to stop sending them people. -Informed them she was pregnant, gets an appointment 47 days later. (having just moved, then changing PCMs, and an appointment of almost 2 months later, my wife isn't going to be seen until going into her second trimester.) -We call back to get a sooner date, staff responds "... read more
