mmmmmmm goooood – Largest freshest portions. Everytime I am in Pittsburgh area, make best stab at Armstrongs. My favorite Western Pennsylvania restaurant. I can afford to feed the teen age grandchildren here.
Best restaurant in the Burgh – Armstrongs in both it's Moon Twp. and Castle Shannon locations are great restaurants. They have a large menu with great entrees, sandwiches and appetizers. They also have tremendous desserts, salads, and soups. The portions are large and the prices are inexpensive. Only downfall, which is because they are the best, long waiting for a table. The main menu is primarily Italian, but they have steaks, chops, and other dishes. They also have the best cheese sauce in the world.
Armstrong's; it's worth the wait – We enjoy Armstrong's: the food is good; the sandwiches are huge, and the prices aren't too bad.

fabulous! – My husband and I love Armstrongs, and you can't beat the value!! My favorite meal is the baked Ziti! It's so good, and the portion is Huge! My husband loves both the meatball casserole, and the chicken parmesian. we've never had a bad meal, and the prices a terrific! We can go have a fabulous dinner for under $20! Other than the usual long wait for a table, you really can't beat it!!
Moons one is great too – The Armstrongs in Moon is the main one Ive been too but the quantity of great italian food for the money cant be beat.There is a reason for the big line of people Friday and Sat nites spilling outside and that is the outstanding food at really reasonable prices.
