We have 2 VW's and have had variable satisfactory service. Used to be better. Prices have certainly escalated over time. Surcharge for debit cards is outrageous. Plan on service taking all day if you're not in the waiting room. An appointment later than early in the AM, even for minor things, may take hours. Don't always expect to be updated on what's going on.
Very simple and easy process through ewald. Elijah was helpful with quick responses and information regarding the vehicle. Overall very easy and polite experience.
Unknown stars rating until I visit the Midland dealership at 9:01 am this morning. Bought a car from them Monday and the "check engine light came on" yesterday. O2 sensors and brake pump, etc. We'll see if they honor their sale or if they try to fudge. Will report back in about 2 or 3 hours.
Love the dealership, they are really helpful especially David and Jason. Will bring my family to come buy a vehicle here
Went to service today and was greeted by allssa she was awesome. They got me in and out within 1 hour and treated me great
What a awesome dealership. Don Chittum helped me along with Allysa on handling all my issues . They were pleasant and friendly. They helped me with a loaner and delivered my car
I am the owner of a 2020 Volkswagen Jetta. I've been getting my car serviced at this location for over a year. I've had work done under warranty and outside of the warranty in at least 4-5 times with in the past 7-8 months. Visits occurring on 09/03/2024, 10/05/2024, 10/28/2024, 01/09/2025, 03/27/2025 and the most recent 06/18/2025. The visit which occurred on 01/09/2025 I complained about an oil leak and the service advisor "Frank Indelicato" stated they found the problem, and it involved the transmission. I recently took my car in for my usual service appointment. Then I met with Michael Frohnhoefer and everything changed. He was kind, considerate and professional! He also made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Not an easy thing to accomplish at a car dealership.
