These people are absolute garbage and whatever you do. Don't buy the warranty. It's an absolute lie, and then when you leave messages for their managers to call you back. They don't you never get a call? Once they get your money, it's screwya
Absolutely THE WORST customer service! Came to see 2 Teslas they had. The older guy showed us the cars . Both were not in the best shape: panels falling off inside, dents on the car. Which we could have taken care of, but when we asked for a test drive his words were: “no, you are not going! These cars haven been on the lot for months! They are garbage! Nobody is taking care of them!” And then he walked away. Like what? I’m honestly still in a shock!
Didn't end up purchasing a car, but both employees we talked to were professional and friendly. They didn't push us and that's always pleasant.
Rude people work here stay away go next door
