The reason for the 5 star rating is based solely on the experience with a specific sales consultant. Thomas Bell is the epitome of no pressure sales. Friendly, genuine, sincere and honest. It felt more like shopping with a friend. Not all consultants at Armstrong practice the same approach, so be sure and ask for Tom specifically. The dealership itself is clean, welcoming and has a good selection, but Tom makes the entire process memorable and worthwhile.
