absolutely the most unprofessional people ive ever delt with, once order is placed they forget about you, after waiting for my mower part for over a month the wrong part was sent.
Went to buy a new cub cadet volunteer. I Checked out two of them waiting for assistance and asking price. The lady working behind the counter was more interested talking with a friend then making a $11000 sale. Will not ever buy from them!
I have always had good customer service at Armstrong Truck and Tractor. I bought tires for my van and had my mower repaired there and planning on getting my vehicle inspection done there also. They were all very kind and considerate to me. I think they have good prices on their items they sell and stand behind what they sell. I would recommend checking them out.
Great people, they worked pretty hard to find the parts I was looking for, and when they found them the prices were cheaper than the big wholesale stores! Hands down a great small local place to do business with, thanks Armstrong truck and tractor!!!
Have been trying to get a mower for over a week now. Keep being told we'll be called back and never do. Then get a phone call at 10pm at night?! All the runaround is why people have a hard time shopping local! Lowe's would have had ours delivered and probably mowed our grass for us by now!
