Skillful, professional packers---all fine art, furniture and boxes arrived in good condition. The artificial trees were wrapped in burlap which was too heavy to protect the delicate limbs and leaves. A less weighty material needs to be used. I called the driver of the van to check on arrival schedule, and he was courteous and informative. I have already recommended Armstrong United to a family member for his move.
