The worst company. They lie to keep your deposit and more. The lady maykala is super rude and lie. Someone at the office when I return the key hidden the key and said I return the key 5 days later and they charged me and additional for those days I only rent for a years . It was a nightmare
Avoid at all costs. Management was nightmarish to communicate with. The were some individuals who were good, but the overall experience? Ugh. Just no.
This company is bogus and absolutely dreadful. They don't do their jobs well and will lie about almost everything. If I could give zero stars I would. I've had to deal with them for six years and I'm grateful I don't have to anymore.
I have rented from Armstrong Property Management for a total of 11 years in different properties. There has always been clear communication and prompt service for problems with the property. I’ve had a great experience with the whole team from day one and this is why I chose to rent from them more than once.
