Ran off with application fee, gave no reason why I was or was not approved and never answers the phone or return messages!!!!! SCAM
Horrible. They did not deduct my receipts for all the work i had done. She never even asked for them nor did she ever deliver a rental statement. I begged her practically to come to the home to see the progress that was made and to go over more major repairs that needed done and she never came. The one time she was there i went idownstairs to let her in i she bolted. She was gone. I called her and Said where are you I told you I was going downstairs to unlock door and let you in and she said yeah sorry gotta go??? Like what ... read more
Absolutely love this people!
Nothing good to say about renting from Armstrong. Less than half of security deposit was returned, but they wouldn't provide details on where the claimed repairs had to be made. The house was filthy on move-in, but we were charged for "extensive cleaning" when the house was left much cleaner upon move out. Getting ahold of maintenance was impossible - they never answered phone calls, took months to respond, and actually busted a hole in the wall during a visit.
