Total rip off. Charged 410$ for replacing an outdoor faucet. Took less than 30 minutes. Update :Answer to Post : yes you came with one of your old helper and you’re Dusty. You had to go to store to pick up. Very simple install. Also wasn’t filled properly. I had to do it. Crap work. I’m older and busy and wife was on my back to get it done. Dusty came out for the first time to fix our kitchen sink faucet and shower faucet. He and his helper Johnny did a great job on each task. We had another guy fix these a few years ago and we were not satisfied with the shower faucet from the start as we couldn’t change the temp very good unless we reduced the pressure. So we are thrilled to be able to have it installed like it was from when we built this house.
