Pickard Orthodontist is by far the nicest medical or dental office I’ve ever been to. They have such flexible and prompt scheduling and Dr Pickard and Crawford are so nice and caring and gentle with my kids. The kids loved going to the orthodontist.
The office staff is nice and knowledgeable. The facility is clean. They offer payment plans but I was disappointed they did not offer a discount or try to help me due to my limited income as a student. They are the first office I have been to that said "no" there isn't anything we can do to help our students. Aren't they in a college town?
