Armstrong told me they would call when they were close, I waited all day and at 3pm I called them to check on how much longer it would be. I was told they were behind and it would be awhile. I waited until 8pm and never received a call. I called the office the next morning and I was told they had come to my house and determined my roof was too steep so they couldn’t do the job, they never called me to discuss or actually look at the wasp nest. I have used these guys several times over the years at this house and my last. They are friendly, professional and really know their trade. They listen to the pest problem you have and have always solved it in a single trip. I am amazed at how many times I try to eliminate bug problems on my own and just can't get it done with hardware store solutions.
