Was interested in moving our injection molding somewhere local (its currently handled in the NY Capital Region). Shot them an email inquiry-- no response. The following week, I called, spoke to a very nice secretary who told me the salesperson was out to lunch and they would call me back. After 2 days, called again, they said they were out again. I mentioned that I seem to be having trouble reaching that salesperson (or any), and was told "I'll give them the message and make sure they know its time sensitive". Still no call ... read more

Very dynamic company. Fast paced fun place to learn a lot about many different manufacturing processes.
The people inside the Main building (Plastics) are very kind nice great people, expect one person who comes in every morning (mon-fri) HUNG OVER or DRUNK , who harasses the employees constantly over the great job they’re already performing. It’s a dirty job to do but nothing major, The Owner is a weak individual and will never interact with You as a Member of the company/Team which is unprofessional as the Supervisor (The Drunk) is very unprofessional as well .. The Workers are great they Hold and Keep Armstrong Open.. Hats ... read more
