Kevon was excellent. Didn't talk over my head broke down exactly what my unit needed, worked very quickly. He was very personable and mannerable. This is my third company that I was speaking with and this is the only company that I felt gave me an honest answer about what was going on with my unit.
Just one phone call, I talked to a person, not a machine. They came out the following morning, on time. They determined what I needed and responded within an hour with a great price!

Armstrong tech broke our compressor even after we cancelled our maintenance request at the Pohlig Box Factory and has continuously told us they were gonna send a technician to our unit but we are going on 12 days without AC going into a heat wave, so make it make sense. Update: Technician finally came after 12 days, charged the unit, left without telling anyone anything about what had been done. AC is still currently not working.
