Our A/C went out Sunday afternoon, and we called early Monday morning. Amazingly, they were able to get someone to our home by 12:30 that day! And Josh S couldn't have been better. It only took him about 10 minutes to realize that a previous repairman had split the capacitor load - instead of replacing the full capacitor. We had a DIY fail and frantically searched for a plumber open on the weekend to fix our mistake. We found Armstrong Plumbing, Air, & Electric and we are so grateful we did. Mario S. and Steve were our service providers and they were phenomenal! They were fast, efficient, and answered all of our questions. As soon as Mario assessed the problem he knew exactly how to fix it. We could not have found better hands! I highly recommend their services!
Colton and Mark, part of a team that came to work on my AC and insulation issues, were courteous, efficient, and informative.
I've been a Premium Plan member of Armstrong for 14 years. In that plan, you pay something like $120, and they come out twice a year. They check the heater in fall and the A/C in spring to make sure everything is in order before you fire them up. The plan also gives you 10% off equipment purchases, which is not nothing when I had to replace my furnace on a house I bought. They're always polite and helpful, and I'm amazed at how quickly they manage to get to my house. I'll be using Armstrong as long as I'm in Lubbock.
