Staff was uninterested in assisting me. The lady at the counter didn’t seem to know anything about hair color. She was very short with her responses and grabbed a random color swatch and said this all we have referring to the type of product I was looking for. About 5 employees were just standing behind the counter doing nothing no one offering to be more helpful. They weren’t helping anyone in the store.

During my visit on 05/05/2025, I was in line when they had a sale. Waiting like every other customer should. But the staff was disinterested/dismissive/rude, and racist. They let people behind cut in front of me. The Hispanic employee was helping the people behind me to check out first and allow them to pass me up because they speak Spanish.
