The Lewisville location has an issue with stock. They have been telling me for over a month that a certain product line has been out due to the warehouse being closed due to covid. I walked into their competitor last week and was told they had received stock from said warehouse 2 weeks prior. I’ve never had a problem with a supply store not allowing me to return or exchange a product, except for this one!! I purchased a product at the suggestion of one of the girls working in there. I hated the product and had to shampoo it out!!! There is no way I could retail this in my salon. When I went back into the store today, the manager basically called me a liar and wouldnt allow me to return it or exchange it for another product. The rudest employees and customer service experience ever at the Denton Texas location. I’ve shopped at multiple locations and have never encountered such nastiness from an employee. I will never return to that location again and I live in Denton!
