The customer service is horrible. The older Hispanic lady at the check out counter is extremely rude. She looked annoyed to even checked out my items or that I was even in the store. Didn’t say hi, nothing. The white guy that works there had to tell her to come to the register to check me out. What makes it worse is a Hispanic lady (a customer) walked in the store as I was leaving out and the cashier spoke to her and said hi. It’s extremely rude and blatantly racist. I’ll take my money elsewhere.
The Cashier was wonderful and very experienced positive attitude
Individually own vs otherarmstrong McCalls , has decent amount products. My main issue is they do not share the same sales as most brands will advertise and as shown higher price then all other armstrong McCall stores. The staff has always been nice and helpful, just not agreeing with the owner not making sense on the business if they're associate with Armstrong McCall
