I cannot recommend Justin highly enough!! He is beyond gifted at what he does.. at his core he is a healer with a specialized gift for understanding the body and how to facilitate and teach your body how to go back to it’s highest function.. it’s beyond massage rehab!
Justin is the best! Immediately relieved my knee pain and gave me exercises to work on to keep strengthening the parts of my body that need it to support it continually. He has a very holistic approach that is unique and extremely effective.
My wife and have utilized the services of Armstrong Massage for 4 years. Initially it was just for a relaxing experience. We quickly learned Justin's anatomy knowledge could relieve our aches and pains through his medical massage techniques, providing so much more then just the relaxation that the other therapists provided.
