Warning - find a different inspector!!!! This home inspector missed critical and obvious flaws with our home that have cost us $250,000 in engineering and repairs. Unflashed roof penetrations, unsecured deck footings, a deck we can shake with one hand, failing main truss, lack of footings in the crawl space, rotted decks without any footings at all…the list goes on and on. All of these structures were 100% visible to the inspector at the time of his visit. He’s taken zero accountability when questioned.
I highly recommend Armstrong Inspections in Reno, Nevada. Marc performed my home inspection in Carson City. He was punctual, professional, and thorough. He used high quality technology to document details in a comprehensive, promptly submitted report. A commercial or residential property purchase is a large investment, and I would not trust any other home inspection company with my investments.
