My first review at the time of installation was glowing. 3 years on, my ac system is not working and Armstrong is unreachable. Apparently, they sold off their residential service to Staats who doesn't even service Trane systems. Would have been nice to know before I purchased they were going to sell out and leave me hanging.

Can't say enough good things about Jason and his crew. I've had him do work for me 3 times now and I've never been disappointed. Last year, our heat quit 3 days before Thanksgiving, but they had Billy out by the end of the day. He diagnosed a bad pressure switch that was out of stock, but found a substitute to get us heat until the replacement could come in. Our ac went out on Sunday and I made the mistake of calling a competitor that was open on the weekend, not realizing that Armstrong had an after hours on call service. T... read more

We had called upon the services of Armstrong as our utility bill escalated x3 of our usual bill once our heating system installed by them is turned on. One of their technician came and said he will do some adjustment and test it for a day. Heater was turned on just for 24 hours and the usage recorded by ameren increased tremedously still. Despite that, Armstrong sent an invoice and informed our apartment manager that "there is nothing wrong with our heating system", even if nothing was fixed.
