Great little nursery, lots to choose from, friendly people
Disappointing customer service experience. I was standing at the register with my item already on the counter, waiting while the cashier was on a phone call. When another customer came up with a full cart, the cashier told me I “wasn’t in line” and checked her out first — even though I was there first with my item already placed on the counter. Being ignored while an employee is on a call, then told you’re not in line when you clearly were, isn’t okay. Hoping this gets addressed with staff, since it’s not the kind of service... read more
Helpful employee picked up the phone and genuinely took the time to verify stock of item… can’t get that much these days
