Chris was very good! He checked our furnace, made sure it was working properly and safe to use. Explained what he did and even checked our CO 2 units. Very easy to talk with and answered all our questions. Very professional!
The tech came back because a water pipe was dripping after installing an electric water heater. He said that there wasn't a service charge for coming. Around 9" of copper pipe and 2 fasteners that he crimped to fasten the new piece of pipe to to replace the leaking piece cost me around $125.00. I'm happy that the problem is solved but not happy with the cost.
My tech was absolutely amazing!!
