I would have 5 star for cleaning but …. We had AJ come out to clean our carpets, and while the work itself was okay, the pricing and attitude were a different story. When I first called him, I told him I needed the job done urgently. He said he was busy with a graduation party but quoted me $60 per room. I agreed, thinking it was straightforward. AJ is very experienced. He came in assessed what cleaning was needed and provided a quote. He did an excellent job on the high traffic areas.
With two full-size golden and fostering a handful of puppies, Armstrong is at our place every 9-12 months for carpet cleaning. Until I upgrade to hardwood flooring, this is my best option for keeping the house in outstanding condition. Thank you, Mr Azah!
