This guy is a joke. Got away with murder when he broke our mother's neck back in 2005. He can try to dispute it, but there is a record on file with the state of Florida supporting those facts. On the 1st visit, she was ambulatory and by the 4th visit, she was a quadraplaegic and died a couple of weeks later.
First of all if I could have gave a 10 star rating I would have. I Can’t say enough about Dr Armstrong. Suffered with sciatica for 17 years, many adjustments (to many to remember) from several other chiropractors with no lasting relief. On vacation and lower half of my torso goes numb and can barely stand. Symptom subsides but returns later, what to do a 1,000 miles away from home and nervous that something is seriously wrong.
