Garrett did a wonderful job. Knew what to do. Very competent. Hourly charges ($189/hr) most likely the going rate. Possibly can get a lower rate but you may not get competent people. I was not notified before my appointment of a service charge of $79. I think if I knew ahead of time I may have thought twice of hiring them. Told part of it was gas. Really? It was the Venice office.

Garrett was absolutely professional, courteous. I will definitely use him in the future and will recommend him to all our friends and family. We were very appreciative to him coming out on a Sunday. Thank you for your excellent service.

Great customer service sometimes is hard to find let alone outstanding customer service. Armstrong Bros sent over the nicest and most experienced plumber to take care of our plumbing issues. Their customer service is amazing. So high marks for Chuck and Amber for their assistance. We highly recommend this company.
