We had a truly unfortunate and distressing experience with Armstrong Bros Plumbing. We used them April 14th in the middle of the night and still waiting for communication with the owner as promised. During a service visit, a plumber accidentally caused a toilet overflow while snaking, which resulted in sewage water leaking through our ceiling to the first floor. Chuck Kendall was our plumber today and he is outstanding, professional and kind. We accidentally broke off an outside spigot and had water pouring out into the yard — on a Sunday morning. I had heard good things about Armstrong Plumbing so I gave them a call about our emergency. Within the hour Chuck had arrived and quickly replaced the spigot. I will definitely be recommending Armstrong Plumbing to my neighbors. This repair and experience exceeded any other experience we’ve ever had with a plumbing company!
