Very helpful!
Worst bank I've delt with in years. Highly do not recommend them. Policy on check cashing is a major inconvenience and is just plain dumb. Also if a customer asks for specific denominations, you should probably try to accommodate the request instead of just saying i don't have anymore. Horrible experience cost me my whole lunch hour to simply cash a check.
Cory Iceberg is one of the most helpful ppl I've ever met. Armstrong is lucky to have him aboard. And no, I'm not his mother...
If I could give this Bank a zero I absolutely would. I went in the day after my mother passed and told them she had passed they said they have let the account freeze until I brought in her death certificate. I take in the death certificate 3 weeks later and they tell me oh no you have to have all this paperwork from the courthouse. Why when I have her death certificate? I would never recommend this place to anyone they are not there to help you.
