I would strongly encourage anyone considering Armstrong Appraisals, LLC to look elsewhere when evaluating commercial appraisers. Dave Fontana was recommended to me and I decided to give him a shot. We had an appointment scheduled this Monday (02/21/2020) at 12:00 pm for him to appraise a commercial property I am considering purchasing. I arrived at 12:00 pm and Mr. Fontana was at the property, he told me he had shown up 30 minutes early and that the owner was there when he arrived.
