Unprofessional and rude.
ARMS was a recommendation from our realtor after the unfortunate radon test results of our new house came back as high and unsafe back in 2012. They installed the radon mitigation system very cleanly. Called me to confirm if I wanted an access port in a certain location in the basement before doing it. We contacted ARMS because they installed our radon system. We were quoted $95/hour labor, and $350 for the part because our fan had apparently stopped working (phone diagnosis). After setting the appointment, we went online to find that our part was still under manufacturers warranty. I called them back to ask how we get that warranty honored, he stated that it was too close to the end, so it was "out of warranty" (because he wouldnt be able to come out to our house, get the fan, and send it in before the warranty expired). ... read more
