We had our entire furnace/AC system replaced. Mike, Luis, and Gabe did the work and went above and beyond the call of duty. Getting the compressor unit to the back was challenging, but they got it there. They also found that the previous system had unresolved issues, but they cleared those up. The new system is much more efficient and quieter than what we had before. So we're happy with it.

I had a great experience with Arms Air Conditioning and Heating. Brian Vargas was my technician and he was excellent—very friendly, professional, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my AC was working perfectly before he left. He did such a great job that I called the company afterward to request that he be my preferred technician for all future visits. Great service all around—highly recommend both Arms Air and Brian!
