They never show up on time, and rarely on the day they say they will. NO communication. They also don’t know how to competently and safely bring appliances into a house without damaging anything.

Unfortunately my one and only experience with Armour has been extremely negative thus far. I ordered a home appliance from Canadian Tire, and paid $100 to have it shipped to me. They picked up the appliance from Canadian Tire on the 20th, and reached out to let me know I would receive it on the 21st in the morning. It still hasn't gotten here. Rude and inconsiderate delivery drivers. Kicked and rolled my $10,000 furniture off the back of their truck. Told them several times that handle with care on printed on the packaging means, handle with care. They didn’t care, asked for ID. Reluctantly one produced their drivers license and the other wouldn’t say who they were. Tired, so tired of this pathetic attitude and carelessness with this delivery company.

I get scheduled deliveries for medical supplies. Have been getting them for 4 years now. Roughly 65% of the time, they never show up on the scheduled day, no calls, no nothing. Sit around all day for nobody to show up. Have to waste yet another day sitting around because they just show up whenever. One of their deliveries (they were days late) and I wasn't home so they decided to dump 1000lbs worth of dialysis supplies on my front porch collapsing it.
