Looks like there are a few reviews about the lack of traffic safety protocols by these guys, so I'll just add to the choir. No clue how they think it's safe to block off a lane in the road (at a busy intersection, at that) without any signage or safety cones. Truck didn't even have its hazards on. Smdh...
Send your drivers back through a driving school. One of your foreman driving the truck 8/28 at 7:36 am in montgomeryville to do work outside of the Starbucks and Walgreens pulled out in front of me. Thank god I was paying attention to slam on my brakes. I understand the weight they carry but he blatantly pulled out when seeing me. They are bound to kill someone one ,and based off other reviews this seems to be something you need to address.
I am literally blown away with this company! I had a really bad experience w/ McHale's and so upset when all the other company could offer was for me to buy a new $19,000 unit. I called Armour & Son's and spoke w/ Nick who has since found out I have another 4 years of warranty on my stand-alone generator...came out the next morning to find out what was wrong...ordered what I need and just waiting now for parts. Blocked off the street with no warning. Forced us to back up all the way back a one way street. Then had to go the wrong way up another one way to get to our house. Then they brought another truck onto the other one way and confined us to our house without any warning whatsoever. Totally unacceptable.
