Laura Jo is very nice, professional with great communication and a beautiful smile. Just wish she was here all the time for in person rentals. Strongly recommend supporting family owned facilities! While Laura Jo is very nice after 3 months of renting here my rate went from 99$ a month to 209$ ! Needless to say I'm moving to northwest storage in chehalis for 85$ a month same size, Dont overpay for space future renters!
Great experience with Storage Court! The facility is always clean, very secure, and easy to access whenever we need it, which has made a big difference for our busy schedule. Laura Jo is truly amazing—she’s friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to help with anything we need. From getting set up to answering questions, she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She really makes everything easy for my family, and that kind of service is hard to find. Highly recommend!
