BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought a building off of a person that had the roof done by these guys. I had a leak so I called them because the seller gave me the paperwork showing a TEN year warranty. Ryan and his wife came. The wife quickly blurts out that the transfer of warranty wasn't done so the warranty wouldn't apply to me. I said then you guys can leave.
