RecommendedAs the CFO of Armour, I know the leadership team and Board of Directors are committed to "Residents First in Everything We Do". Through COVID-19, we focused on the safety of residents and staff. I absolutely recommend Armour whether you want to downsize to a maintenance free home or villa, apartment style living, need some medical assistance or need skilled nursing services. We provide continuum care.
I can only speak of The Parks independent living building. No huge buy in like other fancier places. This place is a genuine neighborly feel. The staff is caring. The residents all seem to be ‘friends’ and there is a homey feel about the place. They have a nice party area where they hold various events from a monthly byob or a lavish holiday party. Residents are allowed to reserve for personal events too. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!
I was there for a wedding. From what I saw it was a beautiful community.
