Tax time. Trying to input the windows, a door, and a slider into the Residential Tax Credits that were installed by Armorvue. Since I only have a lump sum total, cannot break down each item as requested on the Form 5695 - Residential Energy Credits. Hello, my name is Helen. I bought front doors for my outside room. There were a couple of glitches in the beginning, which honestly, allowed me to really review the integrity of the company. The installer, Cliff, the operations manager, Craig, and Joe, who made sure everything, they all got involved to make sure everything was perfect. I really appreciate all the support.
Follow up to my previous post. Finished product on my new side door. 2nd install crew did this work. Trim is not square, gap at top, side molding uneven and not caulked at the bottom. Door latch already destroying the new trim. Also discovered that my bathtub had damages and working this out with Armorvue. I am calling around to get quotes on my own to get my bathtub repaired. Sales Presentation: 5/5 stars — persuasive and professional. Installation & Execution: 0/5 stars — describe as sloppy and unprofessional. Poor Workmanship: Windows, slider, and door appeared amateurishly installed. Finish product was sloppy looking. 4 windows, a lanai slider, and a side door to garage installed. AMAZING & INFORMATIVE PRESENTATION, BUT WHEN THE GUYS CAME TO INSTALL THEY WERE METICULOUS & SURPRISINGLY CLEAN & COURTEOUS! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ARMOR VUE!! MY HOME FEELS SAFE & ROAD NOISE GONE FROM INSTALLING THE IMPACT DOUBLE PANE FEATURE!! WE HAD SEVERAL COME OUT OVER THE YEARS & THEY MADE IT SIMPLE.. VERY PLEASED
