Ken, the owner, is really incredible. He has always been available when there are questions. He knows his customers by name. And most importantly, he is keenly aware when someone trips the alarm (as a tenant I have accidentally done it). A response and call within 30 seconds! Armorsafe Storage is - by a very large margin - the best storage facility in the Hoover/Birmingham Metro area.
Ken & Jeff provide a clean, accessible, safe and pleasant storage facility. Wonderful facility.
WE WERE TREATED VERY WELL. 6 YEAR CUSTOMER. PLACE IS CLEAN, WELL LITE AND MOST OF ALL DRY. I would recommend them for all your storage needs.
