The staff is so nice and professional
Kevin was rude and borderline was yelling at me on the phone so I came in and did my business in person with the person in the office. However the next time I came in to your storage facility the guy followed me outside, demanding my name and without saying who he was or why he was asking. Why am I being treated so horribly by the person who stated (finally after I asked who he was) that he was the assistant manager.
