I took my custom pc there when it wouldn't turn on. It was simply an asrock motherboard burning out a 9800x3d. I brought them a gigabyte motherboard and a new processor. They told me there was a short in the case and it ruined the new motherboard which they made no offer to rectify. Then when I got there to pick it up, there was no mention of a short and they somehow updated bios on the "ruined" motherboard.
