Owner Terrance is customers first oriented. Great man. Helped me out in a pinch today - a snow day when everything else was closed
I took my custom pc there when it wouldn't turn on. It was simply an asrock motherboard burning out a 9800x3d. I brought them a gigabyte motherboard and a new processor. They told me there was a short in the case and it ruined the new motherboard which they made no offer to rectify. Then when I got there to pick it up, there was no mention of a short and they somehow updated bios on the "ruined" motherboard. I called another technician and he and I (I have some electronics training myself) successfully got it working again w... read more
The best service!! They are so helpful and understanding. So thankful to have a place nearby that you can rely on, nothing beats in person customer service these days!
