Was amazing. good pricing. Easy to get in contact with and pay ether at the storage or over the phone. Just have to supply your own lock n that’s about all. Everything else get handled by the amazing customer service.
If I could give zero stars, I would. One star is far too generous. I drove over 45 minutes to a storage unit I couldn’t even access. As a storage auction buyer, that’s unacceptable. There’s no on-site staff, and the only support available is an overseas customer service line that couldn’t resolve the issue. After 72 hours of getting nowhere, I had to demand a refund. Called the 800# and within 10 minutes had new unit rented. Easily the quickest and most convenient rental i have ever gotten.
