They bought this location from Armor Storage. Loved this place then, now not so much. Since Public Storage took over there's been issues with the facility nonstop. Came by today to grab much needed gear to see that I can't access it because the elevator is broken. 2 weeks ago, everyone was locked out of the gates. Last week, one gate was broken, the other was left wide open. Not a great start. P.S. Was a great place when it was Armor Storage now Public storage has purchased it and still using Armor reviews.
Public Storage recently bought this facility (on Mottman Rd in Olympia) and reached out for customer concerns. I let them know I was unhappy with rent hikes under the former owners. The new owner called and adjusted my rent down. Who knew they actually read reviews AND resolved issues. I'm impressed. This facility has always been clean and secure.
