Jess was very helpful both on the phone and in person. Professional and friendly. The entire site, office and grounds, were clean and looked well maintained. Happy we're renting a space here.

We met with Jess, the representative at the facility on Sorensen, and she was very professional and helpful in every way. She was able to answer all of the questions that we had and explained everything in a very upfront and simply manor. The grounds and units are clean and well kept and I had no second thoughts about renting a unit here. I am so glad that I was told to come here. Thank you Jess, for making this an easy decision and walking us through the whole process.

The representative Jess has amazing customer service. She definitely knows how to handle a customer dispute and I know if I ever am in need for a storage unit I know to go to Jess on Sorensen.

The guy who is currently managing the place has been absolutely amazing, and very accommodating, if I every need to store my camper in town again this will be the first place that I will check for availability.
