I'm not sure what type of rating to give since I have yet to speak to someone about looking at a storage unit before I rent it. I called a local number, left a message, the website states their hours, I came to the location 5804 Ames Avenue where I would like to rent a unit and there's no one there at the office. The door is locked and looks like the lights are off as well. My first impression of this business is not looking very good right now. Tanya was amazing at helping me. She was honest and made sure all my questions were answered. I recommend asking for her to help you. She is awesome at what she does. I was having a hard time moving and deciding on a unit. She made it so much easier and stress-free. Anyone who is moving i recommend this company, and this woman.
