Shady business tactics. Taking advantage of my sister in law. Took an $11,000 insurance check over a year ago and never came to complete the job. Owner has nothing but excuses and when a refund was asked for, went silent. Not responding to phone calls or texts. House has been leaking for over a year doing more damage the whole time. If you’re going to use them, I would suggest withholding payment until the job is done.
Only rush to take money, I signed the over amount and they don’t refund, stealing my money. Be careful with their business
I had my roof replaced two years ago It has been leaking For a while now. Every time I have called them to send somebody out to look at the leaking roof Nobody called Me back. I eventually got somebody to come out and look at it from this company and he said he would do the repair, but they had never answered my phone calls since then. My roof leaks during heavy windy rains. Do not use them Because if your roof leaks, they will not come and repair it
I am a subcontractor who did a job on July 9, 2024 at 1283 North Av Stratford CT, for this company I thought they were a serious company but no!! They are irresponsible, they don't want to pay me for the work I already did. When I call them they don't answer, I hope they call me to pay me.
My roof was replaced in 2000 by this company. I experienced a leak And called in for a repair on Monday Aug 19, 2024. I was told someone would call me back….I waited a week and called again. I was told someone would get back to me again. Never heard a word! I ended up calling someone else who came right away and repaired the leak for me. Interesting point…….*The work done in 2000 was an “insurance claim” and boy, did they come running to get that job! Very disappointed in the non- response this time.
