Furnace went out and called these guys. Said they would be out that afternoon. Didnt show, didnt call. Called them next day and same promise and again, no show. Wont call them again.
Worst company ever came out to fixed my furnace from my rv I live in took it because they didn't know what they where doing brought it back saying it's fixed charged me $258 paid them and it didn't work so called them again came out again took furnace for 2more weeks telling me it's my gas valve brought it back supposly fixed and charging me $325 this time tried it same night didn't hear called next day and text message no response from them what so ever so they will not get paid the rest very unprofessional now I'm using a ... read more
My condenser fan motor was not working. An inexperienced employee replaced it and put on a universal motor. It got so hot it stopped because it was either wired wrong or not the correct one for the unit. A new one was ordered. It was replaced but the cooling was not adequate. Called another company. The new service man immediately noticed the fan motor was running in the wrong direction which did not produce correct air pressure. Armor's employee wired the fan to run in the WRONG DIRECTION. Did a poor job installing my heater unit! as soon as it got cold i turned my heater on only to be smelling gas called them and left messages for 2 weeks! Finally got a call back only for them not to show up to fix what they messed up!! If you can avoid doing business with them please do! They dont know what their doing and super unprofessional!!
