We just moved out and our experience here was excellent. We rented a climate control and outside unit. They we so smart to have our units right next to each other this saved us so much time. Another convient thing is they are a uhaul rental place too! We always felt safe and the office staff (Laura and Preston) are incredibly friendly. They are experienced and make moving in and out fast and easy. So much better than our experience at PS. They include a lock with rental. No up charge. I just want to say this storage location has been amazing. The place is clean, organized, and feels secure. The staff is always friendly and helpful whenever I need assistance. It’s rare to find such consistent customer service these days, and they’ve definitely earned my trust. Thank you for making everything easy!
Laura & Preston are so amazing! Absolutely great to rent a UHaul from this place if you are in need. The trucks are very well maintained and the people are so helpful! Preston was so accommodating and actually helped us get the correct size truck we needed. We thought we needed a 10’ but actually needed a 15’ and he switched out our reservation in 2 mins! Laura was so helpful with our dropoff and got us checked in right away. 5 ⭐️s!!!
Hi! Laura and Lea are the friendliest people I have encountered! Laura made the rental process so easy and seamless and when she was out, Lea helped me and stayed in contact. I went in today to see the unit and make sure my code and lock worked, the unit was very clean and spacious. I’ll be storing for a bit and I couldn’t have made a better decision than Laura and Lea at Armor Self Storage in Keller! 🤗
We had a unit in this facility for 3+ years. When we moved out, there wasn’t even a hint of rodents or bugs getting in. The property is very clean and well kept. The manager, Laura was very pleasant and she went above and beyond to help us. Would definitely recommend.
